Our History
From the First Weld to International Recognition.
It all started with Rômulo Silva, who, upon signing the first contract with DPA Brasil—a joint venture of the Nestlé and Fonterra groups—brought a vision to life: delivering engineering excellence. With passion and determination, we grew in the sector, supervising and executing projects that meet the highest quality and safety standards.
Today, we are a trusted partner for the pharmaceutical, beverage, and food industries, delivering confidence and high performance on every challenge. We also have a U.S. subsidiary, expanding our international reach.
Timeline
2020 — The Beginning
Foundation of Montech. First DPA–Nestlé/Brazil contract, permeate expansion projects, and a new dessert line project. Consolidation of the technical base.
2021 — Technical Consolidation
Team expansion and method improvements, taking on more complex projects. Strengthening strategic partnerships.
2022 — Structure and Expansion
Acquisition of advanced equipment and first mechanical assembly projects. Internal orbital welding training program launched.
2023 — New Sectors
Expansion into pharmaceutical and beverage sectors. Recognized for adapting to rigorous hygienic requirements.
2024 — Technology and Control
Full weld traceability implemented. Technology became core to Montech's DNA, increasing field reliability.
